Appointments are held Wednesdays and Fridays by video, and Saturdays in the office or by video. Tell us what works for you and we'll find a time.

Your first visit is a full evaluation — your history, health, sleep, stressors, and what you want to be different. Nothing is decided before we understand it.
You leave knowing what we think is going on, what we recommend, what the medication does, and what the alternatives are. You decide, with us.
Regular check-ins to adjust dose, watch for side effects, and stay in touch with your therapist or primary care doctor, with your permission.
A note on privacy
What you share with us is protected health information. We don't discuss your care with family, schools, or other doctors without your written permission — except where the law requires us to keep you safe.
Where we meet
Both options are real appointments with the same clinician. You can switch between them as life changes.
Fees & questions
The two things people ask us most before booking: what will this cost, and what is it actually like. Here's both.
We work with many major plans. If you'd like to use insurance, tell us your plan in the form and we'll check your benefits before your first visit — including your copay and whether you need a referral.
Self-pay rates are available for people who prefer not to use insurance, and for services your plan doesn't cover. Ask us for current pricing and we'll put it in writing.
You'll know the cost of an appointment before it's scheduled. You can also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, as required under the No Surprises Act.
